Job Summary

Leading a team of Project Managers, the full-time Team Lead / Project Director will oversee the delivery of project management services for major projects in corporate real estate and related sectors, ensuring service excellence and strategic growth while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for project management teams, ensuring successful project delivery and client engagement
• Drive business development efforts and promote best-in-class project management practices within the organization
• Manage financial tracking, resource planning, and compliance with quality standards across multiple projects

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field
• Graduate degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering is preferred
• 12+ years of relevant construction project management experience
• 2+ years of experience managing large, high-performing multi-discipline teams in a consulting environment
• Proven track record in business development and successful project management service delivery
