Job Summary

Leading a team of Project Managers, the full-time Project Director will oversee the delivery of project management services for major projects, ensuring service excellence and strategic growth while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership across a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Manage client communications and oversee project management team services to drive project performance
• Contribute to business development efforts and mentor project management talent to promote best practices

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field
• Graduate degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering is preferred
• 12+ years of relevant construction project management experience
• 2+ years managing large, high-performing multi-discipline teams in a consulting environment
• Proven track record of successful project management service delivery for clients in major construction sectors
