Project Director and Scrum Master

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Director/ Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project kickoff and ensure knowledge transfer from the incumbent contractor
• Coordinate Agile sprints and backlog grooming across various teams
• Oversee the creation and submission of performance reports and manage IT support activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in business, IT, public health, or related field
• PMP and/or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification required
• 10 years of experience managing complex federal IT or digital services contracts
• Experience with web technologies, Agile delivery, and cloud infrastructure
• Familiarity with federal compliance and contract management procedures
