Project Director Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Director - Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and oversee the strategic impact of the project, aligning outputs with CIR values and donor goals
• Build strong relationships with senior donors and provide technical guidance to a multidisciplinary team
• Engage with external stakeholders and oversee the design of the Monitoring and Evaluation framework

Required Qualifications and Training

• Experienced manager and leader in diverse teams within changing environments
• Strong interest and experience in partnering with Civil Society Organisations for investigative support
• Proven networking and stakeholder relationship management skills
• Experience overseeing projects in complex conflict settings with adaptive programme risk management skills
• Strong understanding of OSINT methods in Human Rights and Justice & Accountability
