Project Director - Nuclear Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Director for the Diablo Canyon Power Plant Feedwater Heater (FWH) Program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage program delivery and installation of replacement feedwater heaters, optimizing costs for the client
• Oversee governance and execution of all workstreams, ensuring project milestones are met
• Serve as primary customer contact, managing negotiations and maintaining relationships throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a relevant business area; MBA preferred
• 5+ years of leadership experience in major project delivery or EPC management at commercial nuclear facilities
• Program Management Professional certificate preferred
• Strong nuclear/industrial safety mindset
• Experience working in a matrix organization and interfacing with executives
