Project Director of Innovation

Job Summary

Leading high-impact programs, the full-time salaried Project Director of Innovation will oversee team deliverables, manage complex implementations, and serve as a strategic liaison between portfolio leaders and project sponsors in a hybrid onsite/remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate and guide project teams towards shared goals while ensuring successful delivery of project outcomes
• Engage stakeholders to manage expectations and provide project management support for accurate data reporting
• Manage large, complex programs across full lifecycle phases, defining project expectations and coordinating with technical teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• 7 years of project management experience, including 5 years in application and/or infrastructure services
• Direct experience leading end-to-end enterprise innovation implementations
• 8-10 years of experience implementing technology, data, and/or innovation solutions
• Proven track record in leading innovation, R&D, or emerging-tech initiatives
