Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Director, PMO Implementation to lead the establishment of a new Program Management Office for a corporate spin-off.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and scale the PMO by implementing and adapting established frameworks and best practices
  • Develop and document standardized PMO processes, methodologies, and tools for efficiency and alignment with client needs
  • Oversee financial management processes, including procurement and invoicing, while optimizing workflows for compliance and efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
  • Minimum of eight years of experience in project, program, or PMO management
  • At least four years of leadership experience with team development
  • Proven experience in establishing or scaling a PMO and managing financial processes
  • PMP or PgMP certification is highly preferred
