Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Director, PMO Implementation to lead the establishment of a new Program Management Office for a corporate spin-off.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and scale the PMO by implementing and adapting established frameworks and best practices
- Develop and document standardized PMO processes, methodologies, and tools for efficiency and alignment with client needs
- Oversee financial management processes, including procurement and invoicing, while optimizing workflows for compliance and efficiency
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university
- Minimum of eight years of experience in project, program, or PMO management
- At least four years of leadership experience with team development
- Proven experience in establishing or scaling a PMO and managing financial processes
- PMP or PgMP certification is highly preferred
