Project Director / Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Director / Program Manager (NDTAC).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for NDTAC activities, ensuring alignment with ED goals
• Serve as the primary Point of Contact with the U.S. Department of Education, ensuring compliance with contract terms
• Oversee the design, delivery, and evaluation of high-quality technical assistance to educational agencies

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in education, public policy, social sciences, public administration, or a related field
• Minimum 10-15 years of progressively responsible experience managing federally funded education programs
• Demonstrated experience as a Project Director or Program Manager on federal contracts
• Extensive experience working with the U.S. Department of Education or comparable federal agencies
• Experience with technical assistance or education policy initiatives
