Job Summary
Managing and delivering strategic customer engagements, the full-time remote Project Engagement Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee program execution, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and risk management.
Key responsibilities
- Manages the planning and execution of customer-facing engagements, ensuring successful delivery against agreed timelines and objectives
- Acts as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams throughout the engagement lifecycle
- Tracks engagement health, risks, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring transparency and alignment
Required qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in customer-facing roles, such as engagement management, program delivery, or consulting
- Proven experience coordinating cross-functional programs or enterprise customer engagements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
- Familiarity with CRM and delivery tools such as Salesforce, Asana, Smartsheet, or Jira
- Experience in SaaS, technology, or enterprise delivery environments preferred
