Project Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Project Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical definition and direction of assigned projects, including site layouts and equipment selection
• Guide the selection of electrical and mechanical equipment and support procurement activities
• Collaborate with clients and engineering partners to ensure project requirements are accurately translated into plans

Required Qualifications

• B.S. degree in Engineering or related discipline; technical degree and equivalent experience may be substituted
• 10+ years of relevant experience as a project engineer or power systems engineer with onsite power generation projects
• Experience with project management, data acquisition systems, and power system design
• Familiarity with industry rules, regulations, and standards for power generation
• Basic understanding of automated controls and industrial network protocols
