Project Engineer

Job Summary

Supporting the design and delivery of innovative mass timber projects, the full-time Project Engineer will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide engineering services, technical documentation, and project-specific support, with the flexibility to work onsite in Columbia Falls, Montana, Dothan, Alabama, or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Engineering design and detailing of mass timber projects, including structural engineering services and design assistance
• Conducting FEA modeling, analysis, and design using specialized software
• Developing technical documents and supporting project managers in the successful delivery of mass timber projects

Required qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering with a structural emphasis preferred
• Experience with wood design, construction methodology, and detailing
• Proficiency in FEA software and AutoCAD
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
