Project Engineer

Job Summary

Managing all aspects of engineering on various projects, the full-time Project Engineer will lead project teams, oversee engineering tasks, and collaborate with vendors, while working either onsite in Franklin, TN or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in project teams to successfully complete conveyor and material handling projects
• Manage engineering-related tasks, including schedules, budgets, and engineering change orders
• Lead discussions with vendors and suppliers to evaluate system and equipment designs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Navisworks; knowledge of Inventor is a plus
• Familiarity with engineering practices in the material handling industry
• Experience in leading, mentoring, or managing team members
• Ability to work independently and manage project tasks with minimal direction
