Project Engineer I

Job Summary

Supporting utility-scale solar and related infrastructure projects, the full-time Project Engineer I will manage defined scopes, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, track schedules and budgets, and maintain document control while working remotely under the direction of a Senior Project Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project scopes and ensure alignment with contract requirements and client expectations
• Coordinate internal teams and external subconsultants to deliver timely and accurate project outputs
• Track project schedules and budgets, proactively identifying risks and scope changes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field, or an associate's degree with relevant industry experience
• Some project management experience in an engineering consulting environment or renewable energy sector
• Ability to track schedules and project financials, supporting invoicing under PM direction
• Proven experience managing project documentation with high accuracy
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
