Job Summary

To shape the future of modern energy solutions, the remote Project Engineer Manager will lead the engineering execution of Balance of Plant (BOP) projects, managing a cross-functional team and ensuring fulfillment of contractual obligations on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the complete engineering execution of BOP scoped projects from contract signature through fulfillment of all contractual obligations
• Direct and manage a matrixed, cross-functional engineering team across international locations
• Drive high-impact projects globally while collaborating with top innovators in the industry

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
• 6+ years of industry experience
• Proven track record in managing engineering projects
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of energy solutions and project management principles
