Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute engineering activities while managing project milestones
• Perform quality reviews and resolve internal and external quality issues on projects
• Provide leadership and mentoring to junior engineers and team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
• A minimum of three years of engineering experience in solar project development
• Proficiency with AutoCAD
• Project management experience is a plus
