Project Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Engineering Manager to lead the execution of design projects within their Federal Engineering Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage business execution cadence for the Engineering Team and improve engineering execution
• Provide oversight to ensure design services meet financial, schedule, and deliverable targets
• Lead the Project Engineering team in tracking design deliverables and coordinating program and financial reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering; Master's degree in management is a plus
• Broad experience in design, project, and program management with strong business acumen
• Background in Federal Government contracting and procurement processes
• Experience in project planning, execution, and managing multi-disciplinary teams
• Ability to obtain a DOE or DOD security clearance
