Project Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Leading the technical delivery of engineering projects, the full-time Project Engineering Manager will oversee controls-related design, testing, and integration activities while ensuring project scope, risks, and quality are managed effectively in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Leading and coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure aligned delivery of the full engineering scope
• Managing engineering execution to meet contractual milestones, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence
• Planning and overseeing integrated engineering activities, including scheduling, documentation control, and technical interface coordination

Required qualifications

• Degree in an engineering discipline (Electrical, Controls, Mechanical, Systems) or a project management related field
• Relevant engineering experience in project engineering, testing, design, or systems engineering
• Proven leadership experience in managing multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Expertise in Production/Process Control Systems, including subsea control systems and system integration
• Strong understanding of industry standards and compliance related to controls and subsea systems
