Project Engineering Manager

Job Summary

Coordinating large-scale enterprise projects, the full-time remote Enterprise Project Engineering Manager will oversee project engineering deliverables and installation activities, ensuring integration of mechanical, electrical, and digital systems while collaborating with various business units.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage engineering activities for multi-technology projects, ensuring delivery aligns with specifications, budget, and schedule
• Ensure timely completion of engineering deliverables, including system studies and control system architecture
• Manage technical interfaces and resolve cross-business issues during installation and commissioning phases

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Power Systems Engineering
• 10+ years of relevant engineering experience in the power generation or energy sector
• Proven track record in cross-functional collaboration and integrated system design
• Strong understanding of power generation technologies and grid interconnection requirements
• Experience managing multi-discipline teams in global, matrixed organizations
