Project Engineering Manager with PE License

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Engineering Manager to lead the execution of design projects within the Federal Engineering Team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage business execution cadence for the Engineering Team and improve engineering execution
• Provide oversight to ensure design services meet financial, schedule, and deliverable targets
• Lead the Project Engineering team in tracking design deliverables and coordinating program reviews

Required Qualifications

• Must have a PE license in at least one state and be willing to obtain additional licenses
• Bachelor's degree in engineering; a Master's degree in management is a plus
• Experience in design, project, and program management with strong business acumen
• Background in Federal Government contracting and procurement processes
• Proven ability to influence outcomes and drive change in a matrixed organization
