Project Estimator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Estimator responsible for preparing estimates and supporting capital planning efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates for all design stages and support capital planning with cost analysis
• Build and maintain internal cost estimating tools and perform cost comparisons between projects
• Negotiate with vendors and manage preconstruction timelines for project deliverables

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum of five years of estimating experience in a related construction role
• Knowledge of construction principles and practices, especially in retail and tenant improvement projects
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software
• Proven ability to plan, organize, and coordinate multiple efforts effectively
