Project Estimator - Transportation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Estimator - Transportation Infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed bottom-up and top-down cost estimates for transportation infrastructure projects
• Review and analyze subconsultant and contractor cost proposals for accuracy and completeness
• Track project performance metrics and prepare reports for project leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
• 10+ years of professional cost estimating experience in major infrastructure or transportation programs
• Experience with Design-Build project estimating
• Familiarity with U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) estimating formats
• Background in contractor-side estimating is a plus
