Project Evaluator

Job Summary

To evaluate the effectiveness of a significant project, the part-time Project Evaluator will conduct qualitative and quantitative research, analyze data, and prepare comprehensive reports while working remotely with potential travel to Ukraine.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations of complex, multi-stakeholder projects in peacebuilding, media, and governance
• Lead Outcome Harvesting evaluations and facilitate in-person interviews
• Prepare detailed reports and provide insights on organizational resilience and media literacy

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in political science, sociology, international relations, or a related field
• At least 8 years of professional experience in conducting project evaluations
• Proven expertise in quantitative data analysis and familiarity with relevant software
• Demonstrated ability to lead evaluations focusing on disinformation and organizational sustainability
• Excellent report writing skills in English; knowledge of Ukrainian is a plus
