Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Excellence Specialist to support the Mobility Advisory Operations team in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Provide monthly financial status reports and monitor project schedules, budgets, and forecasts
Facilitate invoicing, cost transfers, and project setups for new clients and subcontractors
Collaborate with the Global Shared Service Center and coordinate accounts receivable and payable compliance

Required Qualifications

Advanced proficiency with desktop applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
Minimum of 4 years of experience with client contracts and billing in a service-related industry
Experience with Oracle software
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred
