Project Executive - Mechanical HVAC

Job Summary

To lead high-profile construction initiatives, the full-time Project Executive - Mechanical HVAC will manage and guide projects from inception to completion, mentor project managers, and ensure profitability while working in a hybrid environment with travel requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor and guide Senior Project Managers, Project Managers, and Assistant Project Managers
• Oversee high-profile and complex projects while managing project schedules, budgets, and profitability
• Collaborate with team leaders to allocate necessary resources and review project billing and invoices

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the Industrial Construction industry, managing projects valued at $75MM or more
• Certification such as SPMP, PMP, CCM, or equivalent is a plus
• OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR Training
• Extensive experience in managing construction project budgets and knowledge of construction materials and equipment
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with construction project management software (e.g., Procore)
