Project Executive - Mechanical HVAC

Job Summary

To lead high-profile construction projects, the full-time Project Executive - Mechanical HVAC will manage project profitability, mentor project managers, and oversee complex project execution in a hybrid travel/remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor and guide Senior Project Managers and other project management staff
• Oversee high-profile projects with minimal executive oversight, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets
• Manage project forecasting, change management, and client relationship development

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the Industrial Construction industry, managing projects valued at $75MM or more
• Certifications such as SPMP, PMP, or CCM are advantageous
• OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR training
• Extensive experience with construction project budgets and management software (e.g., Procore)
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, safety standards, and management processes
