Project Finance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Finance Analyst to support the financing of solar projects across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain financial models and conduct economic analysis of solar development opportunities
• Assist with due diligence on development and project M&A opportunities
• Create and manage project data rooms for finance and capital partners

Required Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in a transactional role such as real estate investment, investment banking, or corporate finance
• Familiarity with Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• BA/BS Degree
• Understanding of economic and business concepts and key business drivers
• Eagerness to work in a fast-paced, transaction environment with tight deadlines
