Project Finance Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Project Finance Analyst will review contract payment schedules, analyze budgets, and calculate monthly contract revenue to support biotech, medtech, and specialty pharma projects.

Key responsibilities

• Review contract payment schedules and prepare monthly invoices for assigned projects
• Analyze contracts for budget setup and create internal tracking worksheets
• Assist Project Managers in analyzing monthly reports to track project profitability

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Minimum of one year of related experience in an accounting or finance position, preferably in a service organization
• Experience with Deltek Costpoint version 6 preferred but not mandatory
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
