Project Finance Analyst II

Job Summary

Overseeing and coordinating billing deliverables, the full-time Project Finance Analyst II will manage monthly billing processes, revenue reviews, and project backlog forecasts while supporting the Global Project Finance team in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate accurate and timely monthly billing deliverables based on contracts and client requests
• Review monthly revenue and develop project backlog forecasts
• Partner with Project Managers and Functional Leads to assist with reporting and the change order process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business economics, accountancy, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in a comparable position, preferably within a consultancy firm
• Knowledge of Workday systems is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Experience in small to medium business environments is preferred
