Project Finance and Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager/Associate Manager - Project Business Development & Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform project financial operations, including budget creation and management of accounts payable/receivable
• Prepare accurate project financial reports and analysis for project management and donors
• Support audit activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 6-10 years of experience in financial grant management, preferably in a nonprofit setting
• Intermediate knowledge of USG Rules and Regulations, including FAR and 22CFR200
• Strong experience in budget development, reporting, and financial analysis
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables
