Project Finance Associate

Job Summary

Supporting financial planning and reporting, the remote Project Finance Associate will analyze budget variances, assist with monthly financial closes, and prepare reports and presentations to explain outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze actual financial results against budget and investigate variances
• Assist with the monthly financial close process and prepare financial reports
• Create financial models to support decision-making and provide guidance to cost centers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least four years of experience in a finance role
• Experience collaborating with accounting teams and company leadership in a mid-size or large organization
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel skills
• Familiarity with financial planning tools
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
