Project Finance Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Capital Markets Director, Project Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage junior team members to execute day-to-day tasks for the TPO financing platform
• Develop and implement financial models for project financing evaluation and presentation
• Deepen relationships with existing investors and strategically expand the investor base

Required Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred)
• At least 6 years of relevant work experience in project finance or related fields
• Experience managing project finance deal processes and junior team members
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SQL and Python is a plus
• Understanding of various debt and equity financing structures and basic accounting statements
