Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Finance Lead to oversee financial performance and provide business advisory within the Project Finance Department.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Project Financial Analysts, ensuring month-end close processes are accurate and timely
• Manage project financial health, collaborating with project managers to identify risks and improve outcomes
• Conduct monthly financial reviews, delivering insights and recommendations to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with 7+ years of relevant experience, including team leadership
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles and project-based accounting
• Experience in Middle East markets and familiarity with statutory audit requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and large ERP systems, with a focus on process improvement
• Ability to navigate complex environments and communicate effectively across cultures and regions
