Project Finance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Project Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize the JV-based Project Finance Model for efficient capital deployment and risk management
• Develop and manage financial models for energy asset development businesses
• Structure, negotiate, and execute financing transactions, collaborating with internal teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Finance, Renewable Energy, Private Equity, or Investment Banking
• Proven track record in financing Community, C&I Solar, and ESS projects in the U.S. market
• Deep expertise in Joint Venture structures, Tax Equity, Debt Financing, and Loan Facilities
• Strong financial modeling and credit analysis skills
• MBA and/or CFA preferred but not required
