Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Finance Manager - Execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of project financing transactions from term sheet through closing, including due diligence and document negotiation
• Manage collaboration with project developers and technical consultants to ensure smooth transaction progress
• Review and negotiate project finance transaction documents to effectively assign risk and align stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Project finance experience in natural resources, power, renewable energy, forestry, or carbon
• Experience executing project finance transactions with limited supervision
• Ability to build and interact with financial models for risk analysis
• Contract negotiation skills, including risk allocation
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, financial, or technical discipline
