Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Manager - Country Office & Project Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project finance operations, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards and donor regulations
• Prepare and submit accurate financial reports and analyses to management and project leads
• Support audit activities and collaborate with staff on finance and accounting procedures

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• 6-10 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a nonprofit environment
• Expert knowledge of USG Rules and Regulations, including FAR and 2CFR200
• Solid experience in cradle-to-grave project finances, including financial reporting and analysis
• Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools
