Project Finance Manager

Job Summary

Supporting global project finance initiatives, the full-time Project Finance Manager will manage revenue recognition, forecasting, and project profitability while collaborating with various internal teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee budget management, revenue recognition, and project profitability for Clinical Trials as the PFM lead/liaison
• Assist Project Management and Functional Leadership with budget control and finance-related client requests
• Collaborate with FP&A and Billing teams to analyze project profitability and drive actionable insights

Required qualifications

• B.S./B.A. in accounting or finance preferred
• 8 or more years of experience in managing an accounting and/or finance function in a medium to large company
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to influence across teams
• Experience in budget management and financial analysis related to project profitability
