Project Finance Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Manager of Project Finance, this role will lead valuation, structuring, and capital execution for a private equity-backed energy storage portfolio, focusing on building financial models, improving underwriting frameworks, and collaborating with the executive team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and enhance the platform's financial model and template architecture for asset- and portfolio-level decisions
• Lead modeling and structuring for complex financing opportunities and strategic transactions
• Mentor junior talent and manage prioritization of structuring requests to focus on high-value decisions

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in power/renewables project finance, particularly in energy storage
• Deep modeling expertise with a proven ability to make high-stakes valuation decisions
• Experience owning financial models used in debt financings, structured equity, and M&A transactions
• Strong understanding of storage underwriting and transaction structuring
• Track record of quality control leadership in financial analyses
