Project Finance Paralegal

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Paralegal specializing in Project Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal and administrative support for debt and tax equity financings of utility-scale energy storage and solar projects
• Assist internal finance counsel with project and corporate financings, including document preparation and compliance management
• Manage Know Your Customer (KYC) processes and enhance internal transaction processes for efficiency and compliance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a paralegal or contract management role supporting renewable energy project financings
• Bachelor's degree, Associate's degree, and/or Paralegal Certificate or relevant certification
• Proficiency in SharePoint and virtual datarooms
• Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume working environment
