Project Financial Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Financial Analyst to support project execution and financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project administration, including financial setup, budgets, and reporting in Deltek Vision
• Analyze budget variances and collaborate with project teams on corrective actions
• Prepare draft invoices, secure approvals, and ensure timely submissions to clients

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline
• Minimum of 4 years of project accounting, cost accounting, or financial analysis experience
• Strong knowledge of revenue accounting and invoicing practices
• Experience with enterprise accounting systems, preferably Deltek Vision
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
