Project Financial Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Professional Services organization, the full-time remote Project Financial Analyst will oversee project financial performance, profitability analysis, and financial reporting while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and improve project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze financial performance across various Professional Services engagements and develop executive dashboards to provide visibility into portfolio performance
• Serve as the financial subject matter expert, partnering with Project Managers to enhance budgeting, forecasting, and margin management practices
• Ensure accurate cost allocation and reconciliation of project expenses, while identifying opportunities for profitability improvements through financial controls

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in project finance, project accounting, or related fields
• Strong understanding of project profitability, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience in building financial models
• Experience developing executive dashboards and financial reporting
