Job Summary
Managing the project intake process, the full-time remote Project Governance Analyst will coordinate new project requests, ensuring proper documentation and facilitating prioritization and approval workflows within the IT PMO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming project requests and manage the intake workflow
- Partner with stakeholders to develop key project inputs and coordinate intake review cycles
- Assist in scoring and prioritizing requests, providing structured decision inputs to leadership
Required Qualifications:
- 4-6+ years of project management or PMO experience
- Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Ability to gather and synthesize business and technical information
- Proficiency in project tools (e.g., Monday.com)
