Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Implementation Manager to oversee the implementation of a community program by engaging partners and volunteers nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and mobilize community partners and volunteers for program deployment
- Develop and implement operational procedures and community engagement activities
- Collaborate with staff to cultivate relationships and secure program funding
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project management or program delivery
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project or Smartsheets)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency
- Experience in leading high-performing teams and managing complex projects
