Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Lead to support a large-scale federal program coordinating the production and delivery of branded materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the government client, coordinating project updates and issue resolution
• Manage and track production orders, deliveries, and vendor activities, ensuring accurate documentation
• Coordinate with vendors and internal team members to oversee production schedules and delivery logistics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, project management, logistics, operations management, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, or operations management
• Strong organizational skills to track complex projects with numerous tasks and dependencies
• Experience developing project trackers, dashboards, or reporting tools
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
