Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Lead to support high-impact civic tech within the federal government.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies and track team performance metrics
Coordinate and drive Agile projects while assessing project risks
Coach the team to improve collaboration and self-organization

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field of study
At least 7 years of experience in project management
Ability to understand technical project details and manage IT portfolio issues
Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices
Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain Public Trust clearance
