Project Lead

Job Summary

Managing complex client implementations and benefit changes, the full-time remote Project Lead will ensure timely project execution, maintain communication with stakeholders, and uphold high standards in project management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee multiple client projects, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery
• Communicate project status updates and manage risks with internal and external stakeholders
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and Employee Benefit Consultants to ensure successful project execution

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of benefit implementation or project management experience
• Strong facilitation skills and a process-minded approach to maximize efficiency
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Demonstrated ability to address and manage conflict in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration across all organizational levels
