Project Lead

Job Summary

To support the Activation Services team, the full-time Associate Project Lead will manage implementation projects, lead customer setup and configuration, and serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and adapt implementation projects to meet evolving customer needs
• Lead setup, configuration, activation, and troubleshooting to ensure successful deployments
• Build strong customer relationships by proactively addressing risks and anticipating needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of Customer Service experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• PMP Certification (preferred)
• Implementation experience (preferred)
