Job Summary

A company is looking for an Execution Project Lead Consultant to oversee pension plan settlement projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage mid- to large-sized pension settlement projects from planning to delivery
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, IRS, and PBGC regulations while coordinating with cross-functional teams
• Develop project plans, monitor data accuracy, and facilitate client meetings to ensure high-quality outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of pension experience
• Prior knowledge of ERISA, IRS, and PBGC requirements related to defined benefit plan terminations and settlements preferred
• Proven ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including actuaries and legal teams
• Ability to adapt to evolving regulatory requirements and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Experience in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
