Project Lead - ELN/LIMS Implementation

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end implementation of Electronic Laboratory Notebook (ELN) and Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) solutions, the full-time Project Lead - ELN/LIMS Implementation will manage project planning, requirements gathering, and stakeholder alignment while working remotely within regulated laboratory environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead ELN/LIMS implementation projects, overseeing planning, design, testing, and deployment activities
• Partner with stakeholders to gather and document business and system requirements, ensuring compliance with industry regulations
• Manage validation activities including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and compliance documentation within regulated environments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Life Sciences, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in Life Sciences or laboratory informatics technology projects
• Experience leading ELN and/or LIMS implementation projects in laboratory settings
• Strong understanding of laboratory workflows and scientific data management processes
• Knowledge of GxP, GLP, cGMP, GAMP 5, and 21 CFR Part 11 regulations
