Project Lead Gift Card Services

Job Summary

Managing the gift card migration initiative, the temporary remote Engagement/Project Lead Gift Card Services will develop and oversee the integrated project plan, coordinate execution among stakeholders, and provide regular progress reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop the end-to-end project plan in consultation with stakeholders, covering all phases from discovery to handoff
• Oversee execution across multiple vendors, drive issue resolution, and manage schedules and dependencies
• Provide semi-weekly progress reports to stakeholders, including updates on risks, issues, and upcoming activities

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience coordinating Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce (D365) efforts, including planning and managing workstreams
• Experience managing multi-vendor delivery and integrated schedules across multiple parties
• Proven ability to produce executive-ready project reporting and drive governance, risks/issues, and action tracking
• Working knowledge of PCI DSS considerations in payment/POS environments
• Experience with retail gift card business processes and migrations involving enterprise platforms
