Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Lead, Learning and Training to oversee learning initiatives and represent the team within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with Operations Managers and team leads to align action plans with continuous improvement goals
  • Implement tools and processes to support successful outcomes and evaluate production results using continuous improvement methodologies
  • Serve as a central communicator to promote vision and strategy while fostering a culture aligned with the company's core values

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in delivering projects/programs in a learning environment
  • 1+ years of leadership experience with direct reports or project teams
  • 2+ years of experience using data and metrics to drive insights and improvements
  • 2+ years of experience working with remote teams across multiple disciplines
  • Operational improvement/Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus
